Enamel for years of use
The Fortalit mussel pan is made of enamelled steel. This material is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The smooth interior meets the strictest hygiene and food standards. Thanks to the fireproof handles, the pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and oven.

This mussel pan has an effective capacity of 5 litres and is ideal for preparing approximately 2 kg of mussels . The inner diameter is 22 cm and the inner height is 14 cm, more than enough for a generous mussel meal.

Maintenance advice
For a long lifespan, we recommend allowing the pan to cool thoroughly after use before cleaning. Although the pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing in warm water with a mild detergent will preserve its quality the longest. Do not use abrasive sponges or aggressive cleaning agents to protect the enamelled layer.
