BEFORE use
Before first use: remove all labels and packaging. Wash the pan with warm water and dishwashing liquid and dry thoroughly.

DURING use
Do not use metal spatulas. Choose silicone, wooden or heat-resistant plastic kitchen utensils to protect the enamelled surface. Preferably cook on a low to medium temperature and heat the pan gradually. Caution: Always lift the pan when moving it – sliding it across a glass hob can cause damage.

AFTER use – Maintenance and cleaning
Let the pan cool before cleaning. For burnt-on residue: fill the pan with warm water and dishwashing liquid, let it soak for 15-20 minutes and use a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasives or hard brushes. Dry thoroughly before storing the pan. If necessary, use protective material between stacked pans.
